General Needlepoint
I learned how to needlepoint mainly through TikTok tutorials and the needlepoint book by Emma Homent. My first project was one of my own cross stitch designs, my Lovely Hearts pillow!
The Satin stitch! I use it in almost every project. I just love how simple it is, yet how it elevates your piece. I’m hoping to learn the Chottie’s Plaid stitch soon!
Silk and Ivory for 13 mesh and Pepper Pot for 18 mesh, and I also really love Silk Lamé Braid!
About Your Designs
I first started out designing cross stitch patterns. When I discovered needlepoint, I immediately knew I'd love painting my designs before stitching them, and just had to give it a go. I've never looked back!
Floral, cheerful, & timeless.
I try to be somewhat practical with designing. Most of my designs are created out of my own desire to have them! I am mostly inspired by florals, classic motifs, and something you'd be excited to thrift at your local antique shop.
Probably my baby Sleeping canvas. It was so simple and I loved the repetition!
Definitely my Happy Halloween design. I love my thread choices and background stitch. It was so fun!
Get a touch-up sponge and have your white paint handy!
About You
My craft room, curled up in a comfy chair with a blanket and audiobook!!
If I'm not stitching… I'm probably taking care of my sweet little children. I'm a SAHM to 4 kids currently 5 and under, so life is never boring!

Currently in the middle of Better Call Saul, just finished Bridgerton and Queen Charlotte, and I love to watch Friends when I'm feeling nostalgic!

I think needlepointing a headboard for my bed would be so unique and stunning. That or a large wall tapestry!

Definitely my Goose Stocking!
My snowmen with hats collection! It was a fun challenge for me to create less detail to make room for more decorative stitching possibilities.
I'm loving the Mackenzie-Childs print leather project bags, especially in Mocha Check! The scallop acrylic frames are also so precious.
For sure my bag tags. That collection in general is more popular than what I had expected!
I've been blown away by all the finished baby sleeping door hangers I've seen. They are all so so cute!
I think I like most others, I've always had a natural desire to create something. I've been artistic from the very beginning, and found that creating art through almost any medium brings me great joy. I'm inspired by nature, my grandmothers and my children.
Watching my children learn new things & grow up, creating new designs, and of course my PLC launch! I really want to visit the new Penny Linn stores this year as well!
I see them still going strong! I'm really hoping to see a Rifle Paper Co. collaboration someday!!
