Amanda has been with Penny Linn since 2021 and if you’ve interacted with Penny Linn at all over these past years then you’ve likely already met her. She lives in Norwalk, CT with her husband Jon and her cat Roo.
Emily
Customer Experience Manager
Emily joined Penny Linn in early 2024 and is an avid stitcher, a lover of all things Kate Spade, and married to golf (literally!). She lives in Royal Oak, MI with her husband, Sam, and 40lb cavapoo, Chip.
Bridget
Products Operations Manager
Bridget joined Penny Linn in mid-2024 and joins us from a New England favorite: Cape Cod! She lives in Massachusetts with her boyfriend, Bobby.
Dorothy
Retail Store Manager
Dorothy joined Penny Linn in spring of 2024. An avid stitcher for over 30 years, she has also worked in retail needlepoint for many years. She lives in Riverside, CT with her husband and golden Rudy, and has three grown children.
Hannah
Customer Experience Associate
Hannah joined Penny Linn in the fall of 2024. Originally from South Carolina, she now lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband, Brendan, and their labradoodle, George. When she’s not stitching, she’s busy baking sourdough and decorating their new home!

Customer Experience Associate
Renee Joined Penny Linn in late 2024 once baseball season had ended. She is a coffee & pizza connoisseur who loves stitching in her free time especially when on the Vineyard. She lives in Fairfield with her fiancé Tucker.
Olivia
E-Commerce Associate
Olivia joined Penny Linn in early 2025, after graduating from Villanova University. Originally from the South Shore of Massachusetts, she now lives in New York City. In her free time, she loves stitching, painting, reading, and going to the beach!
Hayley
E-Commerce Associate
Hayley joined Penny Linn in early 2025. She grew up and still lives in Norwalk, CT with her dog, Ajax. She joined Penny Linn as a first-time needlepointer. In her free time, she loves stitching at the beer garden, at the beach, or watching Bravo reality shows!
Caitlin
Graphic Designer
Caitlin joined the Penny Linn team in early 2025 as a freelancer; by September, she was on board full-time. Originally from northern Virginia, she lives now in northern Maryland with her husband Joe and their golden mountain doodle, Ruby. When she’s not making something in her studio, she’s happiest outside, binge reading a good book, or trying out new decorative stitches.
Amber
Product Development Manager
Amber joined Penny Linn in February 2025 as a freelance contributor in Product Development and officially became the company’s full-time Product Development Manager in August 2025. She works remotely from Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she lives with her husband and two sons. Before transitioning into product development, Amber built a career in television as a member of the Art Department.

Lila joined Penny Linn in early fall 2025. She recently graduated from Lehigh University and resides in her hometown of New Canaan, CT. Lila enjoys stitching and playing tennis.

Abby joined Penny Linn early fall 2025. After spending several years living in Boston working in E-Commerce, she is excited to be back in Connecticut. Besides stitching, she loves Formula One, reading & trying new restaurants in NYC!
Katherine
Assistant Store Manager
Katherine joined Penny Linn in early fall 2025. She is a lifelong resident of Rowayton, CT, and she recently graduated from Clemson University in May 2025. She loves reading, spending time outdoors, and, of course, needlepoint!
Annie
Customer Experience Associate
Annie joined Penny Linn in October of 2025. She recently graduated from High Point University and resides in her hometown of Charlotte, NC. Annie fell in love with needlepoint in 2024 and has been stitching ever since. Annie also enjoys spending time with her German Shorthaired Pointer, Remi, and her Miniature Dachshund, Wells, as well as traveling all over the Carolinas with her family!
