Standup Finishing Class - Saturday May 16th

Join us for a needlepoint finishing class with Lita, or as you may know her on Instagram, Nashville Needlepointer! This class will be hosted on Saturday May 16th from 9:00am-1pm OR 2:30pm-6pm at the Penny Linn Flagship store in Rowayton, Connecticut.

*Please note: You must have either taken Lita's Round Finishing Class as a prerequisite before taking this one OR be very comfortable making and sewing cording on. Please only sign up for this class if you are comfortable making and sewing on cording as it will not be taught in this class. Attending one of Lita's round finishing classes is required to attend.

Stand-up Class Info: In this class, you will learn how to finish a needlepoint standup with custom cording, all without using a drop of glue. 

This is an advanced class with presswork required. Please read the following prior to signing up.  Students should lace the FRONT of their stand up like they would for an ornament and make two pieces of cording ahead of time.   Pieces should not be larger than 6 inches on any side.

Stand ups take a long time so having these two tasks done means we can focus on the new hard stuff that wasn’t covered in other classes.

These classes will be interactive, and you will leave with a fully finished stand-up— and hopefully some new stitch friends!
